Production Models Brinell Hardness Testers
Production Brinell systems offer an automated test method that provides both fast and accurate testing for high production applications. The Production Brinell test was developed by Wilson Instruments as a unique method of automatically and accurately determining Brinell hardness. The Production Brinell test eliminates the costly and time consuming procedures associated with conventional Brinell testing. Available as a bench model or mounted on an optional floor stand, these models are easily adaptable to a variety of test applications with either manual or automatic sample handling.
Features
- Low and high range heads available with standard single or optional dual loads
- A 6 second automatic testing cycle allows high production rates of up to 450 specimens per hour
- Hydraulic pre-clamping of the specimen prior to application of the test load to ensure that the specimen remains stationary.
- Automatic determination of hardness values through the proven depth of indentation method
- Digital readout
- 3 standard models available
- Standard RS-232 output
