When your testing requirements go beyond the capabilities of standard hardness testers, our custom automation group can fill your needs. We have extensive experience designing and building modular robotically operated testers that can run 24/7 as well as inline production testers that can test 100% of your parts. Production rates can be tailored to suit your needs. Rockwell testing rates can be as high as 3600 parts per hour and Brinell type systems can easily achieve rates of 300- 400 parts per hour.
