Leeb testers
The M-200A and M-250A hardness testers operate on the Leeb principle of measuring both the impact velocity of a spring loaded impact ball prior to contacting the test surface, and the ball’s rebound velocity after it has contacted the test surface. The small size, and easy to use, one hand operation makes the M-200A and M-250A tester ideal for use on internal surfaces of casting or fabricated assemblies, or on large, cumbersome samples.
