Series 2000 Rockwell Hardness Testers
The Rockwell 2000 features a unique, electronic closed-loop control system for superior accuracy and repeatability. Closed-loop testing is a revolutionary technology that utilizes motor/encoder control and a load cell or force transducer to apply and regulate the test force. The Wilson®-Instron® closed loop electronic control system eliminates potential errors associated with deadweight testers. There are no mechanical linkages or sources of friction between this measuring device and the tested part.
The Rockwell 2000 is available in vertical testing capacities of 6, 10 and 14 inches; and in regular, superficial and twin scales.
